Then a question about diets—keto, low carbohydrate, raw, and others---soon follows. There is a lot written about diets, like which are most effective, easiest to follow, or best for physical body types. These are fad diets; they come and go with the latest headlines or breakroom chatter. Most fad diets are missing at least one food group. Diets that are missing a food group last as long as your willpower can tolerate the restrictiveness; usually you become bored or too hungry. And your body knows and eventually shows it is not getting all the nutrients it needs on a fad diet. "
